• Delivery periods specified only commence on receipt of written order, confirmation and payment
• All quotations are only valid for 5 working days, thereafter subject to written confirmation
• Written orders (faxed or by e-mail) constitute a binding contract and are legally enforceable
• Order cancellations will be subject to 15% handling and administration fee
• All stock is subject to availability on order confirmation
